Fish fillets in a potato batter.

– Fillet of fish (trout) – 600 g
– Potatoes (Medium) – 3 pieces
– Chicken egg – 1 pc
– Lemon – 1/2 pieces
– Flour – 2 tbsp. l.


1. Fish fillets cut into portions, add salt, add the spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Potatoes Wash, peel and grate. Add the egg and flour and mix thoroughly. The fish is breaded in a potato batter (tightly clutching).
3. Fry on both sides in frying pan with olive oil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until ready (about 30 minutes).
4. Serve with vegetables.
