Fish casserole in multivarka

A wonderful recipe for a delicious family lunch or dinner. Serve with greens, cherry tomatoes and olives.

600g white fish fillets
300 g of white bread
1 cup milk
2 carrots
3 potatoes
1 egg
vegetable oil for frying
salt pepper


1. Potatoes and carrots thoroughly washed, boiled in their jackets. Tilt in a colander and let cool slightly. Clean the vegetables peeled. Grate and mix. Divide by 2 weight parts.
2. Bread broken into small pieces and soak in milk, squeeze out. Fish wash, dry and grind in a blender to puree. Stir in the soaked bread, season with salt and pepper.
3. multivarku put a layer of vegetables. On it lay the fish mince. Cover with the remaining vegetables. Top greased casserole slightly beaten egg. Close the lid and cook in the “Baking” 25 minutes.
