Fettuccini with salmon.

Ingredients 2 servings
Salmon fillet 350g
Pasta fettuccine 4 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Pepper 1 piece
½ onion pieces
Green haricot beans 50 g
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Teriyaki sauce 2 teaspoons
Basil a pinch
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Black pepper, ground allspice pinch
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste

1. Salmon cut into cubes, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Onions, carrots and peppers cut into strips. Green beans with cold water.
3. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the carrots, onions, bell peppers and green beans with the addition of garlic cloves. Vegetables drizzle with soy sauce. Fry for about 15 minutes.
4. Add vegetables semi salmon previously removing one clove of garlic. Sprinkle dry basil, sprinkle with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Bring to a readiness (15 minutes).
5. Cook the fettuccine.
6. In a bowl put the fettuccine, top with fish and vegetables.
