Fettuccine with chicken, tomatoes and pepper.

-skinless chicken breasts 3 pcs.
-spice mixture for 3 hours. l.
-Fettuccine pasta 450g.
-olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
-butter 2 tbsp. l.
-green bell pepper 1 pc.
-red bell pepper 1 pc.
-large red onion 1/2 pcs.
-3 garlic pieces.
-Tomato 4 pc.
-2 cups chicken broth
-1/2 cup white wine
-1 cup heavy cream
-cayenne pepper to taste
-freshly ground black pepper to taste
-salt to taste
-parsley to taste

Chicken breasts cut into cubes.
Bell pepper remove seeds and chop.
Chop the onions. Grind garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoon of mixed spices chicken pieces and mix.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add half the chicken in a single layer.
Fry until browned on one side, about 1 minute. Turn to the other side and fry for another minute. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Put on a plate.
Increase the heat to high. Add the remaining olive oil and butter. When the oil is heated, add the peppers, onions and garlic.
Add spice mix salt (if necessary). Fry on a very high heat for 1 minute, stirring gently.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 30 seconds. Put all the vegetables on a plate.
Pour the wine and chicken broth. Cook 3 to 5 minutes at a very high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and pour the cream, stirring with a whisk. Cook the sauce over medium heat for a few minutes until it begins to thicken.
Add black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. The sauce should be sharp.
Add the chicken and vegetables to the sauce. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add fettuccine and stir. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
