Fast khachapuri for breakfast.

1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
300 g suluguni (cottage cheese)
30 g butter

1. Whisk the egg in a bowl.
2. Pour the milk and beat again all.
3. Add the flour and beat all.
4. Rub 300 grams suluguni.
5. Put the grated cheese in the dough and stir thoroughly.
6. The pan greased with butter, pour the batter and fry on low heat until lightly browned.
7. Then flip to the other side and cook until tender.
