Farfalle Pasta with Chicken



Fillet shin chicken – 500 g
Farfalle – 350 g
Butter – 30 g
Olive oil – 30 g
Honey – 3 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce – 4 tablespoons. l.
Salt – to taste and desire
Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp. l.


1. Chicken fillet wash and cut into small pieces.
2. On the frying pan melt the butter, add the olive oil and fry the fillets for about 10 minutes.
3. Pour into pan with meat soy sauce. Then add honey.
4. Thoroughly stir and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, tasting. Add, if necessary, salt, lemon juice and then.
5. While preparing meat sauce, cook the farfalle. The water in a saucepan bring to a boil, add salt to the pasta and toss. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain the water from the pasta in a colander and drain off all liquid.
6. The finished pasta to add to the pan with the sauce. If he was very thick – add a little water (about 50 ml). Simmer 3 minutes.
