Fantastically delicious cottage cheese casserole

• 250 grams of cottage cheese
• 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
• 0.5 tsp salt
• Beat 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina
• 0.5 cups milk
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of raisins

 Semolina mixed with milk and let stand for 10 minutes to semolina swollen.
Beat the eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese, raisins, salt and semolina swollen. All stir and pour into a form that greased with margarine and  sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina (to avoid sticking).
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees capacity 40 minutes, do not open the oven and the casserole fall.
