“Fan” of eggplant

You do not like to spend much time in the kitchen?
Use simple recipe hearty vegetables and bacon.

• eggplant – 3 pcs.
• tomato – 6 pcs.
• onions – 2 pcs.
• pepper – 2 pcs.
• bacon – 100 g,
• cheese – 100 g,
• Basil – 3 sprigs
• parsley – ½ beam
• salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

1.Baklazhany rinse under running water and pat dry with a paper towel and cut so as to obtain a fan. Sections sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes, left to an extra bitterness.
