Fajitas

Ingredients:
Meat — 800g
Olive oil — 30 g
Soy sauce — 30 g
Hot pepper — 1/2 tsp
Lime — 1 pc.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Preparation:
1. Take any meat (800 gr.), Which is to your taste, such as beef. Cut large cubes of 1 cm.
2. In a large bowl combine the olive oil (30 g.), Soy sauce (30 oz.), A couple of cloves of garlic (finely chopped), salt, 1/2 tsp hot pepper and squeeze the juice of one lime. Put the meat in a bowl, mix well and let marinated in the refrigerator for an hour and a half, with the best cup cover film.
3. In a hot dry frying pan fry the meat until done.
4. The finished meat can shift into a deep bowl, next to put the sauces: tomato and mustard.

So everyone will be able to collect their fajita. Good aromatic herbs — cilantro, basil, thyme.
