Envelopes with citrus COD

You will need
Serves 4:
2 zucchini
2 carrots, peeled
4 large pieces of cod fillet (175 gr)
4 slices of orange
4 slices of lemon
1 piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated on a fine grater
4 tbsp white wine
coriander for decoration

How to cook
The original way to file a second – only 184 kcal per 1 serving!

1. Preheat oven to 190 grams C. With vegetable cleaning cut carrots and zucchini into thin ribbons. Put on the table 4 square promaslyannogo parchment and split between the squares of vegetables.

2. Put a piece of cod on top with slices of orange and lemon and sprinkled with ginger, sprinkle a little wine. Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Lift up the corners and wrap, to get large bags. Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until cooked fish. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
