English Easter buns.

sifted flour — 600 g + 2 tbsp. l.
a mixture of dried fruit — 200 g
ground cinnamon — Article 1.25. l.
sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs — 2 pcs.
ground nutmeg — Article 0.5. l.
dry yeast — 7 g
milk — 300 ml
butter — 4 tbsp. l.
salt — 1 tbsp. l.

Flour grind with butter, add yeast, spices, sugar, salt and chopped dried fruit. Pour the beaten eggs with warm milk.

Knead the dough, roll into a ball, wrap in foil and leave for 1 hour.

Sculpt dough round buns diameter of approximately 5 cm, put on a baking sheet and lightly press. Make a top cross-shaped incisions. Leave on for 45 minutes. 2 tbsp. l. flour mixed with 5 tablespoons. l. water, to shift into a cooking bag and put on the cuts. Bake 20 min. at 200 ° C.
