English crepes

• Wheat flour – 150 grams
• a large chicken egg – 2 pieces
• Milk – 300 ml
• Water – 150 ml
• Salt – to taste
• Vegetable oil – to taste

1. In a bowl, sift the flour and a pinch of salt. Make a hole in the center and break the eggs. Mix well.
2. Pour the milk and water and mix well again.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, stir and return to a cool place for 2 hours.
4. Good heat the pan over medium heat, lightly greased with vegetable oil.
5. Bake thin pancakes, pouring 1 tablespoon of dough and spread over the surface, until tender and golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve the pancakes with butter, condensed milk, a variety of jams.
