Eggplant with chicken.

• 800 grams of eggplant
• chicken fillet 400g
• 300 g cream
• 150 g butter
• 100 g of cheese
• onion 3 heads
• green basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, tarragon 3 sprigs
• crushed garlic
• salt, pepper and ground cloves

Cooking method:
• Wash the eggplant, cut into cubes, season with salt, soak for 20-30 minutes, then rinse, dry.

• Eggplant and sauté the chopped onion in the oil until tender side, add the chopped herbs.

• Chicken fillet cut into cubes, salt and pepper and fry in butter until tender.

• Eggplant and chicken are layered in a baking dish, sprinkling each layer with grated cheese. Top fill with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and

bake in the oven until golden brown. Cool.

• Before serving, sprinkle with powdered cloves and complete greenery.
