Eggplant pie

-3 Eggplant
-3 Bulbs
-5 Chives
-5 Eggs
-1 Bunch of parsley
-1 Bundle of coriander
-1 Bunch green onions
-100g Flour
-1 Hr. Liter soda
-0.5 H. L salt
-0.5 Lemon – juice
-3 Art. l chili sauce
-1 Pinch of pepper
-2 Item. l olive oil

Cooking method:

Diced onion and fry in sunflower. oil.
Add the chopped garlic. Fry for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add chopped fresh herbs and lemon juice.
Milk mixed with baking soda and spices.
Beat the eggs, add the flour and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased and laid by the shape and bake 40 minutes. at 180gr.
