Egg tarts


Eggs — 4 pcs.
Wheat flour — 200 g
Sugar — 130 g
Butter — 100 g
Milk — 100 ml
Water — 100 mL


1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2. To test the oil chop with a knife and bring to room temperature.
3. Add the flour and 50 grams of sugar, rub your hands until a crumbly granules.
4. Add 1 egg and knead the dough into a tight ball uniform.
5. Take molds for tartlets (better to use a corrugated metal) and firmly stick the dough to 3 mm layer of the walls of the molds, to get a cup. Bottom tartlets pierced with a fork so as not to inflate.
6. For the filling solution of 80 grams of sugar in water, add milk 3 eggs and beat mixer. Strain through a sieve.
7. Pour into tart filling, but not to the brim, and leaving 5 mm from the upper edge.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
