Egg sandwiches for a picnic or for lunch.

Ingredients:
Eggs (hard boiled) 3 pc.
Bacon strips 8 pcs.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 hour. L.
Paprika 1/2 hours. L.
Lemon zest of 1/2 pieces.
Salt to taste
Bread 8 pcs.
Butter 50 ml.

Preparation:
On a dry skillet Brown the strips of bacon.
Spread the bacon on the laid plate with a paper towel. Allow the fat to drain.
Eggs coarsely chop.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, zest and salt to taste. Mix well.
The toaster or a dry skillet Brown the toast bread. Let cool slightly.
On a piece of buttered bread Put 1.5 tablespoons egg pasta.
Top with bacon bits.
Put on bacon strips of cucumber
Cover with another slice of the resulting sandwich bread, smeared with butter. Few tamp.
Cut sandwich diagonally to get 2 triangles. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
