Egg salad with avocado

7-8 hard boiled eggs
60 g of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin or paprika (optional)
1 avocado

Eggs and avocado finely chop enough. In a bowl, mix the eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, pepper and remaining spices. Stir. Add the avocado mixture and place in a salad bowl. Serve with crackers.
