Ingredients:

-500 g choux pastry

For the pistachio ganache:

-2 tablespoons pistachio paste

-A bunch of mint

Preparation:

1. First prepare ganache. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the white chocolate, stir. And is mounted on a water bath — omit a third in the second pot of boiling water.
