milk – 150 ml
raisins – 100 g
Sugar – 4 tbsp
sour cream – 200 g
sifted flour – 2 cups

10 g of dry yeast

1.In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Pour half of the flour and sugar. Stir, cover with foil and leave the bowl in a warm place for 1 hour. Add the remaining flour and sour cream, knead the dough and leave for another hour.

2.Raisins wash, pour boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Fold the raisins in a sieve, dry and stir into the batter.

3.Roll the dough into a thick sausage. Cut into pieces 2 cm wide.

4.Roll each piece into a long thin plait. Take 2 harness and twist it, turn in the ring. Wet hands to seal the edges.

5.Heat oven to 180 ° C. Baking sheet covered with parchment, lightly sprinkle with flour. Put rings on a baking sheet, let stand for 10 minutes. Egg whisk, brush them rings. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

6.While baked “nest” to paint eggs. Ready “nest” cool, put inside the eggs of different colors and decorate their holiday table.
