Dumplings with potatoes



Wheat flour – 350 g
Salt – ½ tsp
The water is warm – 150 ml

Potatoes – 400 g
Carrots – 100g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 30 ml
Dill – 8 g
Vegetable oil – 40 ml
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp

1. In the flour, add salt and mix well. Pour into the flour with 150 ml of warm water and knead the dough.

2. Knead the dough so that it has not turned tight. It must cease to stick to hands, but remain very soft and gentle. Cover it with foil and leave for 40-60 minutes.

3. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water.

4. Peel and grate the carrots and onions. Sauté vegetables in olive oil a few minutes.

5. The cooked potato mash with a small amount of broth in which it is cooked, and a small amount of vegetable oil. Add potatoes saute 2/3, a little chopped herbs, pepper and salt to taste.

6. Roll out the dough on the flour, the thickness should not exceed 2-3 mm. And divide it into cups. In the center of the circle to put the potato stuffing and secure the edges.

7. Drop the dumplings into boiling and salted water. Cook for 5 minutes, to get, to flavor a little vegetable oil and garnish with the remaining dill and saute.
