Duck with potatoes.

The recipe is very simple. So you can prepare any bird, the main thing is not to be mistaken with the times.

For the preparation of 4-6 servings of duck we need:

• 10-14 potatoes;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• butter for greasing the pan or water *.

Cooking method:
