Duck fillet with cherry sauce.

-Duck breast 1 pc.
-Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Frozen cherries 120g.
-Red wine 100 ml.
-Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.

Duck breast wash and dry.
Make a cross-shaped incision in the skin, rub with salt and pepper.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the breast skin side down in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking sheet and cook until ready in a preheated 380 F oven for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, in which roasted breast, pour the wine, add the berries and sugar. On low heat boil down the liquid to the desired thickness.
Cooked duck breast cut into slices, put in a sauce and warm for 2 minutes.
Put fillet on a plate, pour the sauce and serve.
