Dorada with herbs and grilled lemon.

We need:
– Dorada – 1pc
– 1 lemon
– Rosemary – a couple of small twigs
– Parsley – a couple of small twigs
– Lemon peel
– olive oil
– Garlic – a few cloves
– Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


– With lemon zest removed using peelers, cut into thin strips.
– Garlic, peel and finely chop.
– Rosemary and parsley chopped slightly larger
– Pour it all with olive oil, salt and pepper and give a little brew.
– The fish gut, remove the gills and wash. Gently pat dry with paper towels.
– Use a brush to grease the fish prepared with fragrant oil on all sides and inside.
– In the belly of the fish, you can put a slice or two of lemon, a few sprigs of parsley and a little garlic.
– Fry on a grill or in a grid for fish over the coals for 5 minutes on each side. The beautiful, golden brown and delicious flavor.
