Dorada with herbs and grilled lemon.

We need:
— Dorada — 1pc
— 1 lemon
— Rosemary — a couple of small twigs
— Parsley — a couple of small twigs
— Lemon peel
— olive oil
— Garlic — a few cloves
— Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


— With lemon zest removed using peelers, cut into thin strips.
— Garlic, peel and finely chop.
— Rosemary and parsley chopped slightly larger
— Pour it all with olive oil, salt and pepper and give a little brew.
— The fish gut, remove the gills and wash. Gently pat dry with paper towels.
— Use a brush to grease the fish prepared with fragrant oil on all sides and inside.
— In the belly of the fish, you can put a slice or two of lemon, a few sprigs of parsley and a little garlic.
— Fry on a grill or in a grid for fish over the coals for 5 minutes on each side. The beautiful, golden brown and delicious flavor.
