Donuts with chocolate paste in chocolate glaze
Ingredients:
1.25 cups flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1,25 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 Cup Nutella (Nutella is in the original)
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 Cup milk
Frosting:
1 Cup powdered sugar
2,5 tbsp chocolate paste (Nutella is in the original)
4-6 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Chopped nuts and confetti
Preparation:
Preheat oven up to 200 degrees. In bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the sugars, Nutella and butter. Beat eggs and add vanilla. Gradually combine both mixtures. Divide the batter between the molds for donuts, filling 3/4 full. Pre-lubricate with oil. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool about 5 minutes, then let the knife in shape and get donuts. Let it cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, 2,5 tablespoons of Nutella, milk and vanilla. Spread the cream donuts. Sprinkle nuts or confetti.
