30 g melted butter
3.5 cups of warm milk
50g fresh yeast
150g sugar
90 g vanilla powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
625 grams of flour
Ingredients for the glaze:
3-4 pieces of fresh raspberries
250g caster sugar
2 tbsp raspberry syrup
Decorative Sprinkling

Cooking method:

First you need to preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Then mix the butter and milk – warm and add the yeast – to give up. Add yeast sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition.

Put the dough on a floured surface and knead thoroughly. Then put in a bowl, cover with a dry towel and leave for 2 hours in a warm place. Lubricate the form of donut oil. Roll out the dough in a layer of 1 cm. Cut the circles and put into molds. Cover with towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then bake in oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the molds and cool before covering with glaze.

For the glaze: wipe the berries through a sieve to remain one juice, mix it with powdered sugar until smooth, add the raspberry syrup and stir. Lower the donuts into the glaze and put on the grill, sprinkle with half of the decorative powder and give a little cool.
