Dip Spinach and mascarpone.

Ingredients (2 servings):

-Big bunch of fresh spinach (or 100 g frozen)
-125g mascarpone (half of the standard package)
-20 g parmesan or hard mature cheese (I took sustained Dziugas)
-2-3 pcs. bulb shallot (or half the normal bulbs)
-3 cloves garlic
-1 tbsp. l. tablespoon olive oil
-Pinch of nutmeg
-Salt pepper
-A handful of pine nuts (optional)


1.Luk and garlic finely chopped.

2.Fry over medium heat in olive oil until soft.

3.Melko chop spinach and add to the frying pan to the onions and garlic. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Salt, pepper, add the nutmeg.

4.Syr rub on a fine grater.

5.Mix spinach with mascarpone and cheese (reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top of the dip).

6.We connect in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, pine nuts and send in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.

TIP: Please note that the walls of the cheese mold will actively bubble – this is an indication that the dip is ready.

7.Warm or cooled down with croutons, toast, crackers, chips or vegetables.
