500 g cottage cheese weight
• 20 g of gelatin
4 tbsp. liters of milk
jelly on your taste

1.Zhelatin soak in a little water for 10 minutes.

2.Add milk and dissolve it.

3.Smeshat dissolved gelatin with curd.

4.Dobavit here colored jelly cubes (quantity and quality: the purchase or home to your taste and preferences).

5.Zavernut sausage in plastic wrap and put in the cold to complete solidification, for 2 hours.
