Dessert cottage cheese and apricot

This perfect holiday dessert!

• canned apricots 400g
• curd cheese 120g
• 1 cup natural yoghurt
• liqueur egg 4 tbsp. spoons
• apricot liqueur 2 tablespoons. spoons
• Chips of coconut 2 tbsp. spoons
• gelatin 1 tbsp. spoon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Cooking method:
• Mix the cream cheese with yogurt, egg liqueur and sugar. Soak the gelatine in sixfold amount of cold boiled water until the swelling.

• Connect apricot with apricot liqueur and grind in a blender until smooth.

• Fan the swollen gelatine in a water bath, pour in half of the cheese curd, pour in the rest of the apricot mass, mass to cool light “gelling”.

• Put into prepared molds layers alternately apricot jelly and cheese, then refrigerate until completely “gelling”.

• Before serving, omit the molds with a dessert for a few seconds in hot water, put in molds and sprinkle with coconut.
