Dessert cheese “Marble”

Dessert cheese “Marble”.

– Not fat cottage cheese – 500 g,
– Estimated at 15% – 500 g,
– Vanilla, sugar – glass
– Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp,
– Milk – 100 ml
– Instant coffee – 2 tsp,
– Gelatine – ’40

Cooking method: 

Cottage cheese mixed with sugar and sour cream and beat well blender.

Pre-soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the milk and add the warm milk swollen gelatin. Milk with gelatin heat over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not boil! Add curd mixture of milk with gelatin, stir. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. One add cocoa, coffee in the other (slightly diluted with water), the third – the white part – vanillin.

Salad bowl shape or lay a cling film. In the middle of the form to spread the mixture turns 2 tablespoons (as pie “Zebra”). Dessert in the fridge for 5 hours for curing.

Frozen dessert invert on a serving plate and remove the film.
