Denish. (American kitchen).

What is Denish? This Austrian pastries, caught on in Denmark, from where it spread throughout Europe and North America. Danis may be the most diverse forms, with the most various fillings: nuts / raisins, creamy cheese, various fruits and berries. The most common filling in the States is krimchiz and cherries (sweet thick pudding with cherries).

Dough:

— 1 tbsp dry yeast

— 1/2 cup milk

— 1/3 cup sugar

— 1.5 chay.l. vanilla. extreme.

— 1/4 cup orange juice (you can replace anything)

— 3 and 1/4 cups flour

— 1 chay.l. salt (no slides)

In a separate bowl:

— Half a pack of butter

— 1/4 cup flour

Cooking method: 

Milk is a little warm up, to make it warm (unheated!), Pour them yeast. Allow to stand for five minutes, then mix with a mixer all the ingredients (flour last). Dough will be sticky — this is normal.
