Delicious roast potatoes and meat.


-On three pots of 0.5 liters:
-400g potatoes
-2 medium onions
-400g chicken gizzards (or any meat)
-2 sprigs of rosemary
-6 peas black pepper
-150g fat sour cream home
-150ml of cream 22% fat
-3 large mushroom


Washed and treated stomachs cut into thin stripes, potato cubes. Onions cut into half rings and fry until golden brown.
All combine in a single container, sour cream, salt and mix well, spread on the pots.
Mushrooms cut and put a top layer, put on 2 peas in a pot of pepper (optional, and can be Lavrushka) and half the rosemary sprigs. Pour into a pot of 50 ml. cream, close the lid and put in a cold oven and gradually heated to 200 degrees and cook 1 hour.
