Delicious cheese cake.


Cheese – 200 g
Cottage cheese – 300 g
Semolina – 3 tbsp
Egg – 3 pieces.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves (optional)
Dill – a small beam
Kefir – 100 ml
Salt and pepper – to taste


1. Munk pour yogurt. Leave on for 20-30 minutes for swelling decoys.
2. Cheese grate and mix with cream cheese, add egg and finely chopped dill.
3. Then all mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add the grated garlic.
4. Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven until cooked.
