Delicate desserts – Serbian KOCH.

This Serbian national dish that is prepared there almost every Sunday.

Sugar – 6 tablespoons. spoons (for the test) + 3st.lozhki without top (in milk)
Semolina – 4 tablespoons uppers
Flour – 4 tablespoons
Egg chicken – 6 pieces
Vanilla – 1 gram
Baking powder
Milk – 0.5 l

Cooking method:  

Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the whites in a solid foam. Continuing to whisk, gradually add sugar.
Just continuing to whisk the egg yolks one at a time to enter. Volume should increase greatly.

Turn off and set aside towards the mixer.

In the mixture, add baking powder, semolina, flour and gently blunt side of a spoon to mix everything from outside to inside. Put in a pre-prepared pan (or pan) diameter of 28-34 cm, with at least 5 cm high skirting (grease and powder over the entire surface with flour).

Bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. You can check the readiness with a toothpick (stick a toothpick into the center, hold for a moment, take out – it must be clean).

While Koch freezes, bring to a boil the milk, but do not boil. Add hot milk and vanilla sugar.

Cooled down to half koh cut into pieces and pour the milk (hot) in the same pan, which was prepared. Milk should soak into the cake COMPLETELY.

Cool in holodilnike.Podavat 1-2 pieces per batch and has a plate with a spoon – dessert very gentle.
