Delicate, delicious, moist cake

Ingredients:

For the dough:
Egg — 2 pcs.
Sodium — 1 hour. L.
Flour — 200 g
Disintegrant — 0.5 hours. L.
Jam — 200 ml
Sugar — 170 g
Kefir — 200 ml
For the cream:
Sour cream — 300 g
Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
For impregnation:
Water — 50-100 ml
Sugar — 1 tbsp. l.
Jam — 1 tbsp. l.
For sweet:
Cocoa powder — 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream — 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
Milk — 30 ml
Butter — 50 g
Banana — 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Jam Mix with yogurt and soda, leave for 15 minutes. Then add the sugar and the eggs, beaten.
2. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the batter and mix.
3. Pour batter into a mold of 20 cm (bottom lay a parchment). Bake for about 50 minutes (see in their oven) at 170 *.
4. Biscuit cool.
5. For the impregnation mix boiled water with sugar and jam.
