I propose to make a bright, light and at the same time, it is very satisfying diner dish — Toasts with dip of green peas and ricotta.

Ingredients:
Sliced ​​bread to taste
Green peas (fresh) 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons. l.
Ricotta 1.5-2 st. l.
Salt / pepper to taste
Boiled eggs to taste
Fresh spinach to taste

Preparation:
Slices of bread lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
In the bowl of a blender fold: peas, ricotta, parmesan, spices (here you can add spinach if desired; I usually use a for assembly).
Slices of bread put fresh spinach leaves (or not, if you have included it in the dip), on top of a lot of peas and ricotta, and on top of it — slices of boiled eggs. Optionally, you can decorate with leaves of thyme.
