Daikon salad and salmon.

Salted salmon fillet 150g.
Daikon 1 sht.300gr. (Daikon easily changed to white radish)
Cucumber 1 sht.sredny.
Celery stalk 1-2.
Cilantro half beam.
Onions green half beam.
For the filling:
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half a lemon.
1 garlic tooth.
Mustard beans ready 2ch.l.
Hot pepper (I have finished chili paste 1 ch.l.on not very acute)
Salt to taste.

Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs.
Cut with daikon peel and cut arbitrarily, it is possible on a grater for Korean carrot.
Cut the cucumber logs, if a thick cucumber skin is cut off, and if the large seeds of the cut and throw.
Celery cut very thinly.
Cilantro chopped.
Put all the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil + mustard + lemon juice + + chilli finely chopped garlic + salt and fill the resulting salad dressing, mix, add the pieces of salmon and mix gently.
You can eat at once, but on the second day, too delicious.
