Cutlets of cod in tomato sauce.

Today I want to express to share the recipe. Suddenly, it is useful.
To prepare four servings, we need:
• 400 g fish fillets
• 400 g of tomato sauce for pasta,
• a generous bunch of greens (I cilantro and parsley)
• couple tablespoons flour (I wholegrain).

Cooking method: 
1. The fish is cut at random and placed in the bowl of a blender.

2. There also send the greens and make the stuffing. Add to it an egg and a tablespoon of flour. Mix.

3. Form the patties and crumble them in the remaining flour. Fry them in a little oil in a bowl Multivarki mode (hot) until lightly browned patties.

4. Pour the sauce on the chops and bake in multivarka mode baking 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
