Custard pancakes

Lovely pancakes with holes, thin, tasty and there is always lumpy.

You will need:
Cow milk 500ml.
Eggs 4 pcs.
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Flour pshenicheaya 220 — 250 g
Baking soda 1 hour. L.
Wine vinegar 0.5 h. Liter.
250 ml boiling water cool.
Vanilla Sugar ’10
Food salt pinch
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook:
1. At the bottom of the bowls put the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
2. Trying to drive the eggs and whisk whisk.
3. Adding the sunflower oil and 250 g of milk and stir.
4. Pour the flour and stir until the consistency of thick cream. Then add the rest of the milk and stir.
5. Soda separately extinguish vinegar and immediately pour in the batter mix.
6. Pour immediately over the ash cool the boiling water and mix well.
7. Now fry the pancakes on a well-heated frying pan on both sides, pour a small amount of dough and spread well on the pan to crepes were thin.
