Curry with potatoes and cauliflower.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower (you can take frozen) 500 g.
Potatoes 5 pcs.
Pureed tomatoes 500g.
200 ml of water.
Onions 2 pc.
Garlic 3 pieces.
Turmeric – 1 root to taste
Cumin 2 h. L.
Curry 1 hour. L.
Sugar 1 hour. L.
A little lemon juice to taste
Cilantro to taste
Yogurt supply to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Turmeric root milled in a coffee grinder or with a mortar (not in a blender). Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
Cauliflower into florets to disassemble.
Onions and garlic to clean, cut into medium-sized.
In a skillet heat the vegetable oil.
Add onion and garlic, lightly fry.
Add cumin, turmeric and curry. Stir and cook for another few minutes.
Then add the tomatoes, sugar, water, potatoes and cauliflower.
Reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary.
Salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Post curry with chopped coriander and yoghurt.
