Curry Cauliflower


1 head cauliflower
yellow curry powder 1 tablespoon
potatoes 2-3 pcs.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup vegetable broth
salt to taste
herbs to taste

1. Cauliflower wash and disassemble into small florets. Potato peel and cut into cubes.

2. Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

3. Add the curry and vegetable broth and stir. Add cauliflower and cook over low heat 10 minutes, add salt to taste.

4. At the end of cooking add the chopped herbs.
