
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese – 200-250 grams
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp..
Flour – 100 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Vegetable oil – for frying
1. rubs cheese with sugar and egg.
2. Add the baking powder and salt, gradually add flour and knead homogeneous soft dough. It can be a little stick to hands.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll out each of sausage about 3.5 cm thick. Cut the sausage into small pieces.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm up the oil. It should be enough to test pieces of it floating. Put the dough in portions sliced and fry until golden brown on all sides.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
