Cottage cheese — 200-250 grams

Sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp..
Flour — 100 g
Salt — 1 pinch
Vegetable oil — for frying

1. rubs cheese with sugar and egg.
2. Add the baking powder and salt, gradually add flour and knead homogeneous soft dough. It can be a little stick to hands.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll out each of sausage about 3.5 cm thick. Cut the sausage into small pieces.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm up the oil. It should be enough to test pieces of it floating. Put the dough in portions sliced ​​and fry until golden brown on all sides.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
