Curd dessert with pears on a chocolate dough


For the dough:
• 150g-fat-free yogurt,
• 6-tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 2paketika-vanilla sugar,
• 1ch.l. cocoa powder.
• 300g-flour
• 3ch.l.-baking powder.

For filling:
3 eggs,
• 250g-fat-free yogurt,
• 250ml-slivok30%
•-50g sugar
• 1paketik-vanilla sugar,
• 1st.l. starch,
• ground cloves,
• 3 large pears,
• 2st.l. citric juice.

Cooking method:
Knead the dough from cottage cheese, vegetable oil, eggs, and flour mixed with vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa.

Put the dough on a baking sheet (greased) or in the form 26-28sm diameter, roll and make bumpers.

Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Protein shake up in the thick foam, add the salt (pinch) or 1ch.l. lemon juice.

Rub the egg yolks with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch.

Enter the cream, add the cloves on the tip of a knife. Whisk gently to mix the beaten egg whites.

Preheat oven to 180gr.

Pear wash, dry, peel, cut in half lengthwise, cut the seed pods. On the convex side to make deep cuts, being careful not to cut through.

Pears sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark. Spread the filling on the dough. Arrange pear halves cut down and slightly push.
