Curd cake with lemon

Curd cake with a low oil content, suitable for those on a diet. Cake turns porous, wet structure and lemon flavor.
Taste of cheese in the cake does not feel ready. Lemon is used in a recipe with whole skins.



250 g of cottage cheese
200 g flour
Sugar 170 g
20 g butter (about 1st.l.)
3 eggs
1 lemon
Half tsp soda


1.With lemon cut tails, cut into circles, select the bone.

4.Add cheese and stir.

5.Add chopped lemon, egg, mix well.

6.Add soda and stir.

7.Wait 1-2 minutes, during this time the mass starts to actively grow in size (soda reacts with the lemon). Massa is expected to increase about 2-3 times.

8.Add the flour and mix (dough thus settles).

9.Put the dough in a greased form. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour. Check with a toothpick on availability.

Ready cheesecake cupcake get tanned and shiny.
