Curd cake “Striped”

This aromatic, fragrant and beautiful cheese cake is quite simple to prepare, and, of course, delicious.

butter 75 g
sugar 165 g
cottage cheese 130 g
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
flour 150 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp
cocoa 2 tsp
powdered sugar 1 tbsp

In a bowl, combine sugar and softened butter.

Whisk at top speed mixer for 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes a homogeneous mass-crumb.

Then add the cheese (if cheese highly granular, then rub through a sieve and whisk in a blender until smooth) and beat butter and sugar for about 5 minutes more.

Then add one egg.

Each time the beating mass until uniform.

Sift flour with baking powder.

Beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough should have a pretty thick.

In a baking dish (if necessary, lay a baking paper and grease with butter), put 1/3 of the dough.

Sift 1 tsp cocoa through a sieve.

Then put another 1/3 of the dough and then sprinkle with 1 tsp cocoa. Top distribute the remaining 1/3 of dough. Bake the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 40-45 minutes. But guided by their oven. Willingness to check the cake with a toothpick or wooden skewers, it should come out of the middle of the cake dry.

Ready muffins remove from oven, let cool slightly, remove from the mold. Sprinkle with cheese cake with powdered sugar.
