Cupcakes butterfly

Even the usual muffins may look interesting and fresh — just cut off the top and turn it into «wings» and then fix them on the basis of cream or whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS
butter 150 g
sugar 150 g
flour 150 g
eggs 2 pcs.
lemon 1 PC.
cream milk 1 package
milk 150 ml
powdered sugar taste

COOKING PROCESS
To begin to prepare the whipped cream. Pour 150 ml of milk and pour the cream into a high dry the dishes. Beat blender until thick, somewhere about 5 minutes and clean the refrigerator.

Softened butter mixed with sugar. Add eggs, and then sifted through a sieve flour mixed with disintegrant. Mix well with a spoon. To the resulting mass add the lemon zest and juice of a half a lemon. And again mix well.

Fill the molds (not deep !!!), greased with vegetable oil, batter by 2/3.

Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).

Allow to cool and carefully remove the muffins from the molds. Cut off from the top of the cupcakes. The tops cut in half, it would be «wings.»

Take the cream out of the fridge and grease muffins. Stick them polovinki- «wings.» Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit!
