Cucumber SPAGHETTI with smoked salmon sauce, mustard and maple syrup.

2 cucumbers
8 slices smoked salmon
juice of 1 \ 2 lemon -1 (start with half a lemon, if you seem a little, then add the juice of a lemon)
1 tbsp non-acute mustard grains
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp olive oil
a few sprigs of dill
salt pepper

1. Prepare the sauce: mix the mustard with maple syrup, add the lemon juice, stirring pour in the olive oil (to form an emulsion), add the chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cucumber wash, dry and cut into thin strips a la spaghetti.
3 slices of salmon cut into thin strips.
4. Put into portions naterlki 2 slices of salmon, cucumber spaghetti top (if cucumbers are long, you can fold them “nest”, will look very nice). Pour sauce on top.
