
Crumbly tomato pie
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups of vegetable oil
- cane sugar 1 cup
- vanilla 1 gram
- 1 cup tomato juice
- baking powder for the dough 10 grams
- 2 cups flour
- jam to taste
- powdered sugar 2 tablespoons
Cooking method:
Tomato juice mixed with sugar and vanilla, add the vegetable oil. Stir whisk.
Stir flour with baking powder.
In a greased form lay out half the dough
Then spread the jam (my plum)
close the remaining batter on top.
Bake the cake in a hot oven at 180 * for 30-40 minutes until tender.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
