Crispy pie with cod, haddock and prawns.


200 g dough
200 g cod fillets
200 g fillet of smoked haddock
1 cup milk
200 g peeled fresh shrimp
4 tbsp. l. whipping cream
2 tbsp. l. flour
50 g butter
a small bunch of parsley
a small bunch of green onions
1 bay leaf
100g breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper

The liquid left over from cooking the fish, add the cream. Remove from heat, add half the chopped parsley, salt and pepper, a little cool. Pour the fish sauce.

In the remaining butter and lightly fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Add the remaining parsley and place on top of cake posypku. Bake the cake for 20 minutes. until golden brown.

If you can not find smoked haddock, take another white fish smoked with gentle taste: cod or more fat catfish.
