Crispy parma ham and avocado dressing and warm tomato.

This salad can easily be called “Nothing in excess”, all the ingredients complement each other perfectly! Crispy Parma, tender flesh of avocado and tomato filling, giving the final acidity. Serves 2

4 slices of Parma ham (can be replaced by other srokopchenoy ham, jamon, and the like, as long balls smoked)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium tomatoes
1 sprig of fresh green basil
lemon juice to taste

For the sauce:
1. Tomatoes peel, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.
