Crispy chicken legs lemon mustard.


chicken legs  6 pieces
zest of 1 lemon
bread loaf 1/2
mustard to taste
Garlic 2 pieces
2 st.l.maslo butter (melted)
2 st.l.olivkovogo oil
salt pepper
spices – to taste

Cooking method:  

1.Chicken legs feet washed, salt and pepper and coat each leg mustard. Leave for 1 hour.

2. Baton grind in a blender, add the zest of one lemon, chopped garlic press, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix well.

3. Each leg dip into the bread mixture and bake in the oven until tender and browning bread crumbs.

Feet turned out excellent!
